Introduction to the CA/PA Module (Web)

The web CA/PA module lets users record and manage any events that might affect your organisation. This involves apply stages and stage actions to the CA/PA record, each of which should have an owner and a target date. Once all the stages and stage actions have been completed, the CA/PA can be closed.

The web-based CA/PA module does not contain all the functionality found in the Windows client. For a full list of what you can / can't do on the web, please see the table at the end of this topic.
